We offer favourites such as creamy garlic butter chicken kiev, camembert and bacon Paris chicken breasts, easy-eating chicken drumettes of many flavours, a variety of chicken kebabs, rolled chicken thighs with either ham and cheese or sun-dried tomato, spinach and cheese. Our lamb comes from the highly acclaimed Amelia Park right here in our own backyard. A range of roasts, cutlets, lamb chops, marinated lamb rumps, lamb kofta will have your mouth watering. We recommend medium rare, oven roasted, herb crumbed lamb racks with zesty salsa verde drizzled over the top.

We recommend Beef Calabrese's, a juicy piece of eye fillet, covered with a mix of basil, parsley, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and onion, wrapped in puff pastry. Other options range from beef and red-wine swags and beef wellingtons, chicken or veal parmigiana's and schnitzels and many more. Vegetarian options such as capsicums packed with Mexican rice and beans and our stuffed mushrooms never lack in flavour!
Like any good butcher, Weir's pride themselves on our sausages made in-house. 20 different flavours which range over beef, pork, lamb and vegetarian options. If you are restricted with diets in your family, come and have a chat and we will be more than happy to assist. We propose the lamb, pumpkin and feta sausages, but exotic flavours like this will continuously change as we experiment with the sausage palette!
